      Free breakfast and free snacks with subsidized lunch. The work environment is great.

      Cons

      Managers are totally dependent on Team leads. And if you want to get good hikes and bonus then you have to keep friendly relations with your leads.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
