1) Worst HR Department . Once you get on boarded no body will entertain you. 2) Skills hired for is totally different then work they have. 3) People are not upgrading themselves . Working on very old technologies and not preparing themselves to start on new tech 4) You wont have your evening once you join amdocs ,You will have to overlap with US team. Means very late night in india. 5) Managers sitting in US expecting indian employee to work late in night but they dont want to stretch their hours.
