      Some teams are great Relocations available if you are lucky

      Management is unskilled, majorly because they don't need to learn anything new. There is no 360 review, so your performance doesn't really matter if you don't get along with management Almost useless HRs

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
