Pros
The only Pros I found is that they provide free fruits that too limited
Cons
Oh I have got lots of these. - They are loaded with high amount of work but minimizing the team size day by day and expect you to work atleast 12 hrs a day daily. - And after that they point out at your performance that you are not giving your 100%. - Taking advantages of the Covid situations and presurrizing the employees to work the whole time from home coz in these times anyone will think twice before leaving the organization without any job offer in hand. - After handling so much of pressure, you will not be able to balance work life. So employee friendly is not at all suitable word for Amdocs. - Ignore the Only Pros I have mentioned as you all are working from home right now.
