1. Company is not employee centric as it used to be in golden years. 2. Management's focus is only on product delivery and they don't care about employee's growth. Managers will ruin your career, if it helps them earn some more profit from customer. 3. Most of the projects are using very old technologies and support work is more than development. 4. Amdocs creates inhouse frameworks and tools and forces employees to work on them, even if those are outdated. Knowledge of these frameworks has no value outside Amdocs. 5. Limited learning opportunities, even if you learn something somehow you won't be able to use it in company. 6. Won't get promotion even after performing well. HR will always use Budget constraint as a reason to delay promotion. 7. Company has used corona situation very effectively to save money. No appraisal in 2020, No promotion due to budget constraints, Mandatory 18 days paid leave in last 6 months, even when company is showing profit continuously. 8. Below market standard salary.
