      flexible work hours, not much effect of position but of your work, free snacks/fruits, advice are heard

      long work hours,for cutting cost it started to cut facilities, not retaining old people,

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
