      One good thing about amdocs is good work life balance. Lots of facilities like good subzidized food, minimal transportation charges

      Cons

      Managment is very bad. Work is not much technical on average. avg compensation.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
