technical excellence and highly innovative Was very two sided experience. Some absolutely heavenly opportunities to build, extend, and express technical skills (or else die trying). Perhaps okay to start out to hone some deep/ambitious skills, but keep reasonable boundaries in mind, and be prepared to exit in any way necessary.
Cons
Domination via exhaustion and entrapment Completely stagnant regarding growth opportunities (aside from technical, that is) and consistent draconian, persecutory management practices.
