Pros
The company policies are very employee friendly, and there are so many free or subsidized facilities to make sure that the basic needs of the employees are taken care of. Lots of opportunities for standing out in the crowd, and initiatives are encouraged.
Cons
Quality of management depends on the location, and sadly, in India it's not very unlike the rest of the IT companies. Since employees are mostly affected by local office policies/values, this is resulting into dissatisfaction in them, as they are still working as some outsourced resources of other countries and not exactly as part of the original organization. Office politics is also very high, and managers are openly biased towards preferred employees or advancing their own careers.
