Pros
Positive work environment, no crunch or pressure to work out of hours or on weekends.
Cons
The company I worked for was acquired by Amdocs a little over a year ago, and nothing has changed with regards to salary, no bonuses yet, and benefits were about the same (if not slightly more expensive) compared to before the acquisition. This doesn't just apply to me, but to other employees as well. Work that increases your skill set does not come by easily
