      Good work life balance, better opportunity to groom technical as well as managerial skills, excellent Global exposure

      Cons

      Salary is low, used to be a good paymaster, but now it is no more a good paymaster, not all projects have a good opportunity for people working in them to improve their technical skills

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
