Cyprus center is full of people who just wants to stay in one company for whole life. You will loose all of your technical knowledge from past experience. They make fool of customers by showing we are using new technologies but they are just putting wrapper on their legacy and that too in poor manner. And this is specially for expats, please find a better job in your home country or other European countries, Amdocs Cyprus hires people from abroad jist for the sake of low salaries. I worked in Britebill and it is very unfair unit. Promotions are given not on a person's capability but on how much you show other people's work and take credit of it. Managers here are just terrible sitting on one seat for decades so you can imagine your growth.
