      Reasonably competitive salary Very good medical benefits Average paid time off Diverse work force in multiple continents Generally get to work on projects at Tier 1 companies

      Cons

      Extremely difficult to get promoted to any level without "playing the game." While they say a work life balance is important, they do not back this up with actions. Overall, the company (even outside of consulting) has a disgruntled workforce

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
