      Free food/cab services New projects are very good and working on latest technologies Frequent onsite travel

      Cons

      Salary is way below market standard. Indian management is worst (favouritism) HR is of no use. All HR activities are handled by Manager only.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
