      5 days work week. no pros as such

      Cons

      different shift timings every week. Less salary The teams are not well managed and KT part is not good enough. they Deploy people to the project on the first day itself .

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
