      Pros

      Little micro-management. Breakfast is provided.

      Cons

      Salary is not in line with experience and education. When transferring from contractor to employee I was terminated for attempting to negotiate a higher salary. My work was the highest quality of the department. Management believes employees are expendable.

      Pros

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
