Pros
1. Good work life balance 2. Employee friendly policies 3. Satisfactory compensation 4. Management takes good care of employees at-least in product groups 5. Nice work environment 6. Not much of politics 7. Your ideas/suggestions are always listened and sometimes implemented also :)
Cons
1. Less exposure as it is a big company 2. Not much technical exposure too 3. No Onsite for Product group ppl 4. People with long employment period with amdocs think that it is their company and don't let new people to come in front.
