      If you are satisfied with what you are doing currently, then this is the place...

      Cons

      No career growth. Got promotion twice but the nature of job did not change at all. Growth of the company has stagnated. The profit growth is due to off-shoring. They will hit the wall once that is complete. Lot of politics. You need to be connected to survive. Few at the top run this company as their own family business.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
