      Pros

      It is a good company to build your management career, starting form technical position. Not a lot of companies will allow you to do it

      Cons

      corporate culture, becoming worse and worse with years. There is no way of rewarding technical staff and expertise. If you don't want to be a manager in the end of the day, there is nothing to do in Amdocs

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
