      Good work, approachable managers, supportive managers and leads who will motivate to innovate things. Employee policies are nice

      Cons

      In some projects lot of work. Salary were not as per market standard.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
