wide possible positions. ability to change places. ability to be part of a project for the biggest companies in the world, and experience high complexity and very intensive work under pressure.
Cons
many projects use old technologies. almost no end to end hands-on positions - each rule takes a specific part in the process. don't compete well on employees compensation (relatively law salary compare to the market)
