Pros
1. No Variable Part in Salary structure 2. Very good Job security 3. Nice Professional People 4. Good Salary Hike (25-40%), bonuses and perks
Cons
1. Very less Salary - Too less than market standards. 2. Job roles are not clear. I was promised development while joining but was assigned workflow execution and reporting task. 3. Very bad Work-life balance. Many days I have worked from 9 AM to 2 AM. Work pressure is very high and work is very boring and manual tasks like creating/cleaning excel files, and running Informatica workflows. 4. No value to the experience you carry. Freshers join at a higher package than team leads who have 15 years of experience.
