      Pros

      Nice company, nice people, a place where you can really grow professionally and learn what means to be involved in big projects world wide, and have the feeling of success when all goes well.

      Cons

      At some point you will want to leave it, since there will be nothing to make you stay more.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
