Pros
- they pay money at least - good engineers
Cons
- management is kind of - "go there and do something", usually without clear vision - architects mostly (at least whom I was able to talk to) a bit of general without deep knowing their field of responsibility, like more talk than help you - people are kind of lazy to help, BUT NOT ALL OF THEM :))) - management doesn't care about people - if you do what they want and luckily it fits - then you're good, otherwise - you will be accused that you didn't do it right (with a userstory of - "this is a bug", literally and no other description, communication)
