      1. Good Package and policies 2. Good learning opportunities

      Cons

      1. Team Lead is not knowledgeable and not good attitude 2. Only work and work, no personal interaction 3. Overtime and weekend work is expected without any compoff 4. Without knowing hindi cant survive, even the team meetings and calls will be in hindi, and as a person without knowing hindi, will feel a bit left out

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
