Pros
1) Great work culture 2) Respect by seniors to one's view point 3) Good collaboration and teamwork between cross application team I work for. 4) If seniors know that you can do your assigned task from home too, they allow you to to work from home if due to personnel reason's you cannot go to office.
Cons
If does not have a development center in Mumbai. Hence if one is originally from Mumbai, and you work in Amdocs development center, pune. Employees are found to leave company with the only reason that they want to go back to Mumbai. So the company loses good employees because of it.
