Pros
Work is more challenging as compared to other companies. Flexible work hours and vacations are approved without much fuss. General culture is good and supportive. Good Snacks and cafetaria
Cons
Recently management is making too many changes in organization which sometime feels as a threat on job. Some others make the roles and responsibilities vauge while others make the employee spend time on something that will eventually get scrapped. Some units have to justify their jobs all the time and are made to feel as overhead or non contributing. High attrition and talent erosion. Recently not good appraisal, not able to match market trends.
