      Good work environment. Good benefits. Relatively good salary for freshers.

      Compared to other companies, Progress is not fast, unless you put in extra effort in your own time to improve skills. Hybrid set up unlike other companies now that are permanent work from home.

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
