Work Culture is Open Less or no politics till mid level. Opportunity to learn and grow You can make a difference and can rewarded if you are willing to. Employee care is good, lots of extra activities like social work, painting, arts where u can participate.
Cons
Israel has all the control. Israel people are not good planners Lot of times decision are taken at last minute make u feel dissappointed. Very difficult with Israel people to understand and make them understand. They will always think that they are the smartest. Not as good paymaster. Expectations are too much compared to salary given can make you overloaded.
