      Pros

      * diversity * managers keep trading employees between them according to project needs so you keep working on different projects

      Cons

      * some managers are really biased to there ethnicity * some managers are biased towards male employees * easy to go unnoticed * salaries are below average. (all of this only applies to Nazareth branch - Raanana branch does not have these Cons)

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
