      Pros

      It has a few benefits. Unlimited vacation, which I didn't use that much. Decent medical, dental, etc.

      Cons

      Doesn't care about workers. Willing to lose people who get great reviews. Also, they locked me in a contract which I can't get another job for at least 3 months. Non-compete. Many companies wont touch me because of it. Yeah, thanks Amdocs!

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
