      you will have many benifits like good food and company's cab its good if u get a good project and specially the good team

      zero worklife balance if u are in SmartOps team some manager do lot of micro management and politics so be prepare for it

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
