Pros
Good salary for a trainee and people starting their careers. Contact with international teams is also a plus for english practice. Contact with a lot of the big telecom companies. Good breakfast options :)
Cons
Company structure is very hierarchical, no collaborative work, just a lot of delegation os tasks... and they change a lot. From a technical point of view, it's more about adding features and fixing bugs than creating new stuff.
