      Very good Place to work at. Perfect work-life balance. Great food. Friendly,helpful and cooperative fellow workers and managers. Months full of parties and fun events. Work on live project very soon. Flexible timing.

      Few days training. Pay to be considered.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
