      Good work life balance. Open door policy. New Learning Opportunities. Employee care is good. Good Shift Allowance if your project needs you to work on shifts/weekends.

      Cons

      Old Technology, AT & T Projects don't have any on-site opportunities but they pay you well. Work Life is entirely on project basis.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
