      Advantages: stability, lots of perks, and if you end up with a good team lead, there’s also flexibility because there are plenty of resources and employees. The top perk is unlimited vacation

      Cons

      as a large company, there isn’t real promotion in proportion to the effort you put in.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
