      Perks are nice; For the industry and country the salary is good; Colleagues make the job much easier Operational work makes work much more objective.

      Career progression is strange and not straightforward; Some policies are not transparent; Company prefers to hire external people than promote in-house talent; Operational work makes the work to robotic and monotonous.
