      Best employee centric company. Subsidised food and work from home and hybrid work policy. Stable company. Unlimited vacations policy.

      Cons

      You may find getting used to your comfort zone. But Amdocs provide great opportunities as IJP policy is 1 year. You can switch your project after 12 months.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
