Pros
The company operates globally. The Scrum team is well-structured and functions effectively.
Cons
If you are planning to work in the software development team, the development team is based in Pune, India. If you work remotely with them, you may face the problems mentioned below: The team consists exclusively of members from India, which might make you feel a sense of discrimination. In meetings, they often disregard the fact that not everyone understands Hindi. Even when they speak to you in English, they may switch to Hindi among themselves, sometimes laughing or joking, which can feel exclusionary. Team collaboration is poorly organized. If there is information that should be shared with you, it often isn’t, leaving you in a difficult position. You may feel deliberately sidelined. To get attention or support, you often have to escalate issues to the manager. There are a few developers with good soft skills, but they are in the minority. The development line manager can sometimes exhibit bias and may frequently disturb you before work hours or during weekends. It seems the team is entirely composed of employees from India to save costs, which negatively impacts the quality of work. Another issue is the use of outdated technologies which will impact your skills and knowledge development
