      People are good to work with, perks for working at office are good. You get a lot of options for meals and overall infrastructure is really nice.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
