      relocation opportunities , nice people to work with

      Cons

      no work life balance , pension is based on 80 percent of the salary , alot of organization politics and the management does not care so much about the workers. no increase in salary for many years

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
