      Food is provided. Good office.

      Cons

      Managers are toxic. HRs are not supportive. Pay is too low. 12-14 hrs of work daily. Too much work load. Office politics. Continuos org changes to extend employee annual salary revision or promotion.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
