Expected to work a lot on your own time with no financial reimbursement. Mileage and cell phone reimbursement lousy. Benefits lousy. If you have any pre-existing conditions forget about employer medical benefits. Micro managed. Walmart of health care. Not interested in patient or employee safety. All levels of nursing care treated badly unless you are willing to give up your personal life and identity and become a company "yes man". More concerned with unnecessary paperwork and redundant documentation than patient care. More concerned with certifying patients than level of care required. Quick to hand out discipline to employees, slow to providing proper training. Training provided is a joke.
