local staff were good people, knowledgeable,visiting staff were giving great care to clients,not sure about best reasons personally, in my position.

not enough support from upper mangement ,they were trying to please their superiors, never providing concrete help, to areas needed to you to help you , you were to do what was needed to make the numbers,recieved a rare occasional atta girl or guy comment. Traveling was constant, hours were long ,if you did what you needed to , conference calls and team conferences calls daily , but nothing to assist in your area and your situation. talk, talk and not action or support . I gave myself and all my time for almost 6 months, making Amedysis the priority over everything else in my life. I never could make it happen...I did the best I could with what I was given, but set up for failure from the beginning......
