Pros

The company is young and dynamic, and because it was owned by Red Hat as its solutions group, there was a lot of opportunity and need to stay at the bleeding edge of technology.

Cons

If you're not okay with being a road warrior this company is not for you. Also, because they recruit directly out of college salaries are not very competitive for senior consultants- opportunities for advancement were fairly limited as well. Lot's of focus on learning to use technologies fast without understanding how or why they worked.

Pros

The pay is okay, I do enjoy having the weekends off and the schedule I work is perfect for me

Cons

Training sucks they don't know how to train to save their life... And it's something that sucks because the person who's not being trained is trying to figure out what to do and in the meantime getting harassed and getting told that I needed to quit messing around and get to work also there's lots of disrespect in this place I'm out of the fellow employees are straight-up jerks
