Pros

Nothing at all. Don’t apply. You’ll be so stressed out. Ain’t worth your time

Cons

Management is extremely unprofessional and plays favorites heavily, often prioritizing family members and friends over hardworking employees. Opportunities for growth and advancement are very limited unless you’re part of their inner circle. The workplace is filled with constant drama and gossip, and personal matters quickly become everyone else’s business instead of being handled respectfully or professionally. Employees often feel unsupported because management rarely stands behind their staff and, at times, seems to work against them rather than help them succeed. There is also a very unfair imbalance in workload and expectations — employees who work hard are pushed to exhaustion, while favored employees are allowed to do the bare minimum without consequences. Overall, the environment feels toxic, discouraging, and lacking in fairness or proper leadership.

Pros

Excellent work-life balance with a 9/80 schedule and generous paid holidays. Strong benefits, including a solid 401(k) match. Stable company with good job security supporting government contracts. Supportive team and leadership in my experience. Opportunities to work on high-visibility national security missions. Great place for veterans and those with government or military backgrounds.

Cons

Many roles require working in a SCIF with limited flexibility. Career progression can depend on contract structure and available openings. Some processes can be slower due to government customer requirements. Opportunities for remote work are limited depending on the position. Compensation can lag behind private-sector opportunities for certain management roles.
