      Pros

      Fixed working hours, competitive pay.

      Cons

      No chance of overtime, HR department extremely one sided, work place harassment is the norm, constant change gives little chance of routine, work leads are treated poorly, management sweeps all problems under the rug, employees sleep at work without repercussions, work place policies are not enforced equally causing fight among employees. No chance of upward movement. Insurance is prohibitively expensive.

      Pros

      Engaging work in support of NASA missions. The people are great and the managers I worked with are some of the best professionals I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      There are the usual linea of red tape since it is work in support of a government mission. However, being NASA, once you get over the bureaucracy, it is rewarding work. In the end, we are keeping the International Space Station going with experiments. All of which are to help us figure out how to keep humans alive during prolonged space travel.
