Pros
I worked for the organization before it switched names. The organization was very relax in nature and worked close with the customer. They provided and were willing to pay for courses to advance your knowledge. I learned a lot from the projects that I was on, and has greatly helped me career. Allowed to bank vacation days and save to the following year. Manager was also flexible with my schedule and didn't require me to work 8-4.
Cons
The benefits and vacations were not as good compared to other organizations.
