Pros
Great team of colleagues, some supportive direct managers. Flexibility to work remotely.
Cons
No equal pay for equal work. Inconsistent hiring practices by C-Suite management. The men tend to be paid more coming in as new hires than the existing women employees are compensated and with less relevant experience, all based on who they know. No work-life balance and expected to work well beyond 45 hours per week with an "oh well" attitude. Can never truly have a real day off or weekend with always needing to be accessible. Not enough staff and recruiter tools provided to do job efficiently.
