Pros
Telework Good Benefits Good Pay
Cons
Workload is unrealistic-they expect a single person to do the job of 3 people Corporation is too big-the upper management don’t care about the workers and don’t address any of the concerns brought to their attention Poor Communication- because it is such a large company, communication is awful. Processes are always changing without being communicated which results in a lot of rework. Terrible Work/Life Balance-you are expected to work late constantly. Again, workload is too much that you can’t get it done in a normal 40hr work week Lack Of/Poor training-new hire training is practically nonexistent, most everything is self taught. There are no set procedures/guidelines in place. You are expected to figure it out a your own, whatever it takes to get the job done. If you’re considering applying for Amentum, please reconsider, the pay isn’t worth it. You’ll be kicking yourself in the butt if you work for them, trust me.
